The composition of the product enables a versatile treatment thanks to its unique ability to activate a strong fibroplasia of the tissue, influence the increase of type III collagen fibers and improve skin hydration by increasing GAG levels.

The Venome Sisthaema product is a hydrogel for intradermal injection with a breakthrough and patented formulation containing 70 mg of active ingredients, including 50 mg of fragmented hyaluronic acid and 20 mg of trehalose, which have been proven to stay longer in the tissue compared to other stimulating formulations. SISTHAEMIC DERMAL REGENERATION

Fragmented hyaluronic acid 50mg

Venome Sisthaema is based on two molecular weights of hyaluronic acid: 1200-1500 kDa and 200-400 kDa. The fragmented high molecular weight hyaluronic acid adds volume to the tissue by stimulating type III collagen production and strong water binding in the dermis. The low molecular weight acid softens the gel and makes the treatment painless.

Sisthaema's formulation contains hyaluronic acid fragments of the purest pharmaceutical grade purity, which have the lowest endotoxin content, so the formulation does not cause swelling.

During the manufacturing process, the hyaluronic acid is fragmented, i.e. the chains are shortened into smaller chains. The fragmentation of the long linear chains of hyaluronic acid into the corresponding short elements with a strictly defined size of 28-40 monomers makes it possible to effectively increase the production of type III collagen (young collagen) due to its ability to activate CD44 receptors on fibroblasts.

Novel trehalose 20mg

The trehalose contained in the product, a disaccharide, protects the structure of the hyaluronic acid contained in the product from enzymatic degradation and oxidation, allowing the product to remain in the skin longer than other formulations based on non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid.
